Guided by our core philosophy of “The Right, The Best,” Dongsung Chemical has consistently practiced compliance management—strictly adhering to laws and regulations to ensure sustainable growth and secure the trust of our customers and business partners. Furthermore, we have remained committed to complying with international legal standards as a global enterprise.
To back these efforts, we have instituted Compliance Control Standards and appointed a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to oversee our compliance status. In alignment with this commitment, we have launched the Compliance Program (CP) to deeply root compliance into our corporate culture. The CP operates as an internal governance system enforcing competition and antitrust laws through systematic establishment, operation, training, and oversight. Under this initiative, the CCO serves as the compliance program manager. We develop and distribute the CP Operating Regulations and CP Manual to empower our employees to put compliance into practice, while fostering a widespread culture of compliance through ongoing compliance training.
Based on the management's steadfast commitment to compliance and our corporate values, all employees must perform their duties in strict accordance with domestic and international laws, as well as internal regulations. Concurrently, the company strongly calls upon all personnel to actively contribute to building a fair trading environment by strictly prohibiting unfair trade practices and collusive behaviors.

Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

The CCO oversees compliance control activities, including adherence to fair trade regulations, and regularly reports material findings and review results to the Board of Directors.
In addition, the CCO proactively identifies critical issues by considering various ESG regulations, compliance risks, and stakeholder perspectives, while establishing robust operating systems for risk monitoring, assessment, and management, thereby advancing the company’s overall compliance framework.
